Meet the pottery pups - Ripley
Nicky Lowe Land would not be complete without it's pottery pup helpers.
Ripley is always there to check the clay has the right moisture content (by eating it) and that the glaze on the brush is the perfect consistency (by licking it). His energy and exuberance helps to add that extra sparkle into each piece!
He will stay at apprentice stage until he can keep clay, glaze and pottery tools out of his mouth.
Meet the pottery pups - River
River is a pottery veteran. She has been with me from the start of my pottery journey and although she occasionally try's to help nibble the odd piece of clay she is much more understanding of the process. Never has she squashed a piece (unlike her bother who is yet to learn that squashing is not creative input) and she is a discerning supervisor who offers encouragement with her constant presence.

Nicky Lowe Land Pottery creates hand crafted individual pieces that fit beautify in any home. Every creation is hand painted to bring the collection to life.
My current collection focusses on the very serious business of animals in uniform. Not only do they have an air of authority but they add a touch of whimsy to any home. Weather on a side table to watch over comings and goings or as a centrepiece in the middle of the action they will always be a sophisticated touch.
With Stag, Badger, Ostrich and Rabbit to choose from there is a an animal to fit your personality.
